1. Membership Requirement

Exclusive Access: This retreat is strictly reserved for subscribed members of Mount Carmel Ministries.
Discount Eligibility: To qualify for the 20–30% discount, your membership must be active at the time of registration and remain active through the duration of the trip.
Verification: Memberships will be verified upon registration. You can subscribe or manage your membership at mcmstudies.com/members.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This allows us to lock in group rates for luxury accommodations and excursions.
Payment Plans: Installment options will be available to help members manage the cost of the trip, leading up to 2027.
Final Balance: All balances must be paid in full 90 days before the departure date.

Refund Requests: Because international retreats involve pre-paid bookings, refunds are handled on a tiered schedule (e.g., 50% refund if cancelled 6 months out; 0% refund if cancelled within 90 days).
Transferability: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another subscribed member with written approval from the MCM administration, subject to a transfer fee.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal emergencies, health issues, or flight cancellations.

Passports: All attendees must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity remaining beyond the date of the trip.
Visas: Attendees are responsible for obtaining their own travel visas for the UAE, if applicable, based on their country of citizenship.
Air Travel: Unless otherwise stated in your specific package, attendees are responsible for booking their own round-trip flights to Dubai (DXB). Attendees are responsible for their own round-trip taxi from the airport to the hotel.
Hotel Instructions: Attendees should have a valid credit card ready for check-in at the hotel, as the hotel requires it for taxes and incidentals.

Ministry Standards: This is a Christ-centered retreat. We ask all attendees to maintain a spirit of fellowship, respect, and modesty that reflects the values of Mount Carmel Ministries as well as how we deport ourselves in the UAE.
Participation: To get the most out of the experience, we encourage all attendees to participate in the scheduled seminars and break-out sessions.

Activity Release: By registering, attendees acknowledge that excursions (such as desert safaris or water activities) involve inherent risks. Mount Carmel Ministries and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury or loss of property during the event.
Changes to Itinerary: MCM reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary or guest speakers due to unforeseen circumstances or to improve the overall event experience.
